Product Description
The 1-piece ball valve is called a 1-piece ball valve because the valve body adopts an integral structure. It is small in appearance and light in weight. The ball core, valve seat, and valve stem are installed from the flow channel on one side of the valve body. Due to the size limitation of the valve body flow channel, the full-bore ball core cannot be installed inside the valve body, so the ball core flow channel of the one-piece ball valve is reduced bore. Circulation capacity is subject to certain restrictions. There are certain advantages in cost. Mainly used for low pressure pipelines.
The valve is made of WCB cast steel, stainless steel CF8, CF8M and other materials.
Wide Applications: Widely used in mechanical equipment, industrial equipment, water supply and drainage equipment.
