Custom process

If customers have the drawing, then we can make the products as per customers' drawing.

If customers do not have drawing, but have sample, then a sample needs to be sent to our engineer, we will make drawing as per the sample for customers' confirmation, after confirm OK by customers, then we start to make products as per the confirmed drawing.

If customers do not have drawing and sample, then customers need to tell us their detailed requirements, for example, we can make a simple draft first, show the function to customers, after get customers' approval, then we started to make drawing as per the draft, and then make sample for customers' confirmation, until customers say OK, then we start to arrange mass production.

After samples are confirmed by customers, we will start mass production, the production flow is as below:

Buy Raw Material—Raw Material Test—Cut Raw Material—CNC Processing—Surface Treatment—Assembly—Dimension Inspection—Pressure Test—Approved by Inspector—Packing—Storage in Warehouse

● Package: every product is packed in one self sealing bag, then put them in one carton, outside package is plywood case or pallet, carton size: 30 CM X 20 X 22 CM, plywood case size and pallet size are customized as per the ordered products quantity. But some customers request customized cartons and print their logos on the carton, we also can make, but the extra packing fees is paid by the customers.

● Shipping: Small quantity products usually are shipped by international express or air logistic, if large quantity, we will ship them by sea.

How is the security and reliability for the products?

For some pipe fittings and valves , like high pressure compression fittings and fireproof ball valve, we will do explosion-proof test, make sure the products can be used safety.

How about the after-sales service?

Each batch of products have the Guarantee period, the guarantee period is 12 months after the goods arrive in customers’ company, or 18 months after the goods are shipped from our company, during the guarantee period, if there are quality problems, please contact us, we will take positive action, the solution is that, if we can repair, then we repair, if we can not repair, then we will send new items to customers to replace unqualified items, customers do not need to send us the unqualified items.
