The 2-piece ball valve is composed of the main valve body and the auxiliary valve body, so it is called a 2-piece ball valve. It is a commonly used ball valve. After the ball core, valve seat and valve stem are installed into the main valve body, the auxiliary valve body is connected to the main valve body through threads or bolts. Its spherical core flow channel is full bore, with small flow resistance and large flow capacity.
The 2-piece ball valve has internal thread connection, external thread connection, and internal and external thread connection. Threads usually use 55° tapered pipe threads and 60° tapered pipe threads, which have good sealing properties.
Stainless steel Full Port Ball Valve, double sealing system, inline valve is used to connect two pipes in the same direction to control the flow of various types of fluids, such as air, water, steam, various corrosive media, mud, oil, liquid metals, noble gas applications and radioactive media.
