Product Description
This fitting is made of 304 stainless steel for higher strength and great corrosion resistance. This fitting has hex nut construction for tighter, leak-free connections. It is compatible with stainless steel, copper, rigid and semi-rigid plastic tubing, but is not recommended for soft tubing. It is suitable for use in chemical, petroleum, power generation, laboratory, and medical device plants.
This coupling is for a fixed connection between tubing and pipe made of stainless steel. Twin ferrule compression fitting connects to tubing on end for a leak-resistant seal in high-pressure, high-vacuum, and high-vibration applications When purchasing fittings, consider the application, as this will affect material type, shape, size, and required durability. Fittings are available threaded or unthreaded, in many shapes, styles, sizes, and schedules (pipe wall thickness).
