Product details
Product Overview
HY Socket Weld series stainless steel forged pipe fittings are designed for high-pressure and harsh working conditions, covering two pressure levels of 2000LB and 3000LB, and are suitable for the needs of diversified industrial pipeline systems. It is made of high-quality stainless steel and formed by precision forging technology to ensure a solid structure and accurate dimensions. The appearance presents a smooth and delicate texture, without flaws and cracks, providing reliable protection for pipeline connections.
In terms of connection method, the socket welding design is adopted to effectively enhance the sealing and stability of the connection part. This design makes the connection between the pipe fittings and the pipeline tight and can effectively prevent medium leakage. Even in high temperature, high pressure or corrosive environment, it can maintain excellent connection performance and ensure the safe and stable operation of the entire pipeline system. It is suitable for many industries with extremely high requirements for pipeline quality and reliability, such as petroleum, chemical, natural gas, electricity, and pharmaceuticals.
Advantages and features
(I) Excellent material properties
The selection of high-quality stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance and can resist corrosion from a variety of chemical media, such as acid and alkali solutions, salt water and various organic compounds, greatly extending the service life of pipe fittings and reducing the maintenance cost and replacement frequency of pipeline systems.
Stainless steel also has good high temperature resistance and can maintain its own mechanical properties in high temperature environments, ensuring that the pipeline system operates normally in scenarios such as steam transportation and high-temperature chemical reaction processes, and will not deform or soften due to temperature increases.
(II) Advantages of precision forging technology
The forging process makes the internal grain structure of the pipe fittings dense and uniform, greatly improving the strength and toughness of the pipe fittings, enabling them to withstand higher pressure shocks, effectively preventing the risk of pipeline rupture and bursting, and laying a solid foundation for high-pressure pipeline systems.
Precision forging ensures the dimensional accuracy of the product, and the dimensional tolerances of each part of the pipe fittings are extremely small, ensuring perfect matching with the pipeline, convenient and efficient installation, reducing on-site installation and commissioning time, and improving the progress of engineering construction.
(III) Reliable sealing performance
The socket welding connection method is combined with the precisely processed socket and spigot of the pipe fittings to form a continuous and tight sealing surface after welding, eliminating the hidden dangers of medium leakage and effectively preventing production interruptions, safety accidents and environmental pollution caused by leakage.
The sealing performance is not affected by factors such as pipeline vibration, temperature changes, and pressure fluctuations. It is long-term stable and reliable, providing a solid backing for the continuity of industrial production.
(IV) Wide applicability
Two pressure levels of 2000LB and 3000LB are available to meet the needs of different pressure conditions from light industry to heavy industry. Whether it is ordinary fluid transportation or high-pressure special medium transmission, it can be accurately adapted.
It is suitable for connecting pipes of various diameters and specifications, and can be flexibly integrated into various complex pipeline layouts, providing rich options for system design and transformation, and helping engineers to create the most optimized pipeline network.
